UPDATE: Community of Kindness Workshop RESCHEDULED

Our last Carroll County Public Library Workshop at the CCPL North Carroll Branch has been rescheduled. The libraries are closing early due to impending weather.

This event has been rescheduled to Monday, March 4 from 6p-8p.
